All group fitness classes are free to gym members! Non-member drop-in fee of $10. First trial class is FREE!

Finish Line Fitness Center offers a variety of Group Fitness classes that are included with your gym membership. Non-members can drop in to any Group Fitness class for a fee of $10. Come and try your first class for free.

Cardio Kickboxing & Core

Class Description

The Cardio Kickboxing & Core class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Modifications will be offered!

Indoor Cycling

Class Description

Indoor Cycling classes use special stationary exercise bicycles with weighted flywheels to simulate situations and terrain of an outdoor bike ride, including hill climbs, sprints, runs, jumps, and interval training. The Indoor Cycling classes focus on cardio, endurance, intervals, high intensity, strength, and recovery. You can burn around 300-500 Calories in our Indoor Cycling class while strengthening and toning your lower body muscles, including your quadriceps, hamstrings, back, and hips.

Yoga

Class Description

Yoga classes incorporate standing and seated poses performed at a gentle pace to help you relax, loosen tension, and relieve your stress. Breathing techniques are utilized to allow the body to relax and flow from one pose to the next. Yoga poses can help to improve your flexibility, stability, balance, and muscle control. Because of the gentle nature of Yoga classes, this class is appropriate for any age or experience level. Join our Yoga classes for a full mind and body workout!

Zumba®

Class Description

Zumba® classes give you a total workout by combining all elements of fitness – cardio, flexibility, balance, and muscle conditioning. Our Zumba® class is a calorie-burning dance fitness party that utilizes the basic steps of Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia, and more, to take the “work” out of workout. Our Zumba® instructors combine low and high intensity dance and aerobic moves to the rhythms of the music to create a fun interval workout. Belly-Robics

Class Description

Belly-Robics classes combine the beautiful, exciting, and sensual movements of belly dancing and the cardiovascular exercises from traditional aerobics for a unique, fun workout. Belly dancing’s torso and hip movements, such as hip lifts and drops, undulations, and shimmies, help to improve the flexibility in your torso and strengthen your abdominal, back, and leg muscles. Class Description

Sick of boring cardio workouts? Get back to basics with a fitness Boot Camp class. These group sessions, which focus on military-style exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups, provide a killer workout and a chance to sweat both inside and outside the gym. Circuit and HIIT added to class format to increase your metabolic burn!

Step Aerobics

Class Description

In our Step Aerobics class, you will boost your heart rate and strengthen your muscles by stepping up, down, and around a “step” in different patterns to the music. This class will not only help you tone your legs and butt, but will also strengthen your core muscles in your abs and back as they work to stabilize you as you step.
